IOI-9200U/UW, a PCI Dual-Channel Ultra/Ultra Wide SCSI bus master host adapter, delivers the performance and connectivity required the performance and connectivity required for servers and leading-edge applications. On a single PCI slot, connecting up to 30 Ultra Wide SCSI or up to 14 Ultra SCSI devices. It transfers data rate up to 40 MBytes/second per independent channel and takes advantages of the 133MBytes/second burst rate of PCI bus to provide unmatched I/O performance.

The IOI-9200U/UW host adapter supports all popular network operating systems including NetWare, Windows NT, DOS and Windows. It allows combining up to thirty SCSI-1, SCSI-2, SCSI-3, or Ultra SCSI peripherals for optimum performance and value in I/O demanding applications such as CD-ROM servers, Video-On-Demand, database servers, workstations, high-end desktops, software RAID sub systems, and image systems.

IOI-9200U/UW host adapter features SmartSCSI, a user-friendly, BIOS-resident setup utility that allows the user extreme control to boot from any channel, as well as individual device configuration and host adapter termination, all via the keyboard. Easi-Install makes your SCSI software installation under DOS and Windows simple and painless.

The IOI-9200U/UW host adapter includes both auto-configuration and auto-termination for Plug-and-Play installations in PCI based systems.
